1. General Information

  • Electric Valley Festival is organised and managed by the event team.

  • By purchasing a ticket or entering the festival site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Tickets & Entry

  • All tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organisers.

  • Tickets are only valid when purchased through our official sales channels.

  • Wristbands must be worn at all times inside the festival site.

  • The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee for safety, security, or inappropriate behaviour.

3. Food & Drink

  • A fully licensed bar will be provided by The Rose & Crown.

  • Only food purchased on site may be consumed within the main festival area.

  • No alcohol may be brought onto the festival site.

  • The organisers reserve the right to confiscate prohibited items.

4. Safety & Behaviour

  • Anti-social, abusive, or dangerous behaviour will not be tolerated.

  • Attendees must follow all instructions from festival staff and security.

  • Illegal substances are strictly forbidden.

  • Any behaviour putting others at risk will result in removal from the site without refund.

5. Weather & Environment

  • The festival will go ahead in most weather conditions.

  • Attendees are advised to dress appropriately for outdoor conditions.

  • Please respect the venue grounds, dispose of rubbish responsibly and use recycling points where provided.

6. Photography & Media

  • Photographs and video footage may be taken at the event for promotional purposes.

  • By attending, you consent to being filmed or photographed in general crowd shots.

7. Lost Property

  • The festival cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen items.

  • Any found items will be kept at the information point during the event.

8. Vehicles & Parking

  • Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk.

  • Please follow signage and steward instructions when arriving or leaving the site.

9. Children

  • Children must be supervised at all times.

  • Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

10. Changes to Line-Up

  • The advertised line-up is subject to change without notice.

  • Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.

11. Cancellation

  • If the event is cancelled, ticket holders will be offered a full refund of the ticket face value.

  • The organisers are not responsible for additional expenses (travel, accommodation, etc.).

12. Acceptance

By entering the festival site, you agree to abide by all festival rules and these Terms & Conditions.
