Before you arrive at Electric Valley

Electric Valley is a grassroots festival run by an independent team. By purchasing a ticket or stepping onto the site, you're agreeing to the guidelines below. It's all here to keep things safe, respectful, and full of good energy.

Tickets & Entry

  • Tickets are non-refundable unless we cancel the event.

  • Only buy from our official ticket partners.

  • Wristbands must be worn at all times.

  • We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask anyone to leave if safety, security, or good vibes are at risk.

  • No Children under 16 in the arena after 8pm

Food & Drink

  • Our bar is run by the legends at The Rose & Crown — you’ll be in good hands.

  • No outside alcohol in the main festival area.

  • Please don’t bring your own food into the main arena.

  • Confiscation of prohibited items may happen at the gate.

Safety & Respect

Weather & Environment

  • We go rain or shine — dress for nature.

  • Respect the land. Use bins + recycling points.

  • This space is shared — leave it better than you found it.

Photos & Media

  • We’ll be capturing the magic — by attending, you're cool with being in general crowd photos or videos.

  • All content will be used for promoting future events, not for commercial sale.

Lost & Found

  • Keep your belongings safe — we can’t take responsibility for lost/stolen items.

  • Lost something? Head to the info point.

Parking

  • Park at your own risk.

  • Follow the signs and our stewards’ guidance when arriving or leaving.

Kids at the Festival

  • Under-16s must be with a responsible adult.

  • Children need supervision at all times.

Line-Up Changes

  • Stuff happens. Artists may change — it’s not grounds for a refund.

In Case of Cancellation

  • If we cancel, you’ll get a refund for the ticket’s face value.

  • We can’t cover travel, accommodation or other costs.
